Will it slow my site down?+
No. The script is about 3 KB and loads after your page has finished; the chat bubble loads after that.
Does Moments set cookies?+
No. Each browser tab gets a session ID that disappears when the tab closes. A visitor is only recognised across visits after they consent through your cookie banner, which calls moments.consent(true).
Can I answer chats from my phone?+
Yes. The Moments app for iOS and Android shows live visitors and chats, and alerts you when someone is stuck or ready to buy.
What does it cost after the free plan?+
